- Chanel Gabrielle
Before founding her House, Coco Chanel was Gabrielle. A rebel at heart, passionate and free. The inspiration for the new women’s fragrance by CHANEL. Floral, solar and luminous. The new women’s fragrance, GABRIELLE CHANEL, is a pure floral. A solar flower based on a bouquet of orange blossom, jasmine, ylang-ylang and Grasse tuberose. 4 white flowers, 4 points of light that mirror the 4 corners of the bottle. Gabrielle is the first feminine pillar fragrance from CHANEL since Chance in 2002. It’s the first new fragrance from Chanel since 15 years. On September 8th, 2017 the fragrance launched publicly. I have never seemed to like any of Chanel fragrances such as N°5 Eau de Parfum etc.. When I first saw and smelled the Chanel CHANCE Eau De Parfum Spray 50ml I fell in love and I am currently still using this fragrance. I have received so many great compliments about this fragrance. I will continue using this fragrance and I highly recommend it to all ladies. I have a previous post about the Chanel Chance with more details. The Chanel Chance 50ml is currently at £74.00 and the Chance Gabrielle is £79.00 which is just a few more pounds more costly. Based on the price it is reasonable. The details of the bottle, packaging, and smell is worth the price. I highly recommend the new Chanel Gabrielle fragrance for Autumn/ Winter season. It has a special smell to it that last for a very long time. This fragrance comes in both 50ml and 100ml.

This parfum is a declaration of femininity and a proclamation of freedom. When I tested this perfume I was very pleased with it. Love story has caught my senses and just what I wanted. It was fresh, delicate and girly without being too overpowering. The smell lasts a long time too. It is only available in 30ml, 50ml, and 75ml. Highly recommended.

- YSL Mon Paris Eau De Toilette
This image was taken by me. I just adore this fragrance so much. The bottle is super cute and small in the 30ml.
Like the first sharp bites of attraction, bergamot, raspberry and blackberry open the fragrance. Voluminous white floral notes envelop the senses followed by the intoxicating headiness of the narcotic Datura flower. The woody sensuality of patchouli and the luminescence of white musk create an ethereally bewitching base.

The Scent: Floral, Musky, Chypre
It comes in the same size as the other YSL fragrance stated above. I have the 30ml and let me just say the packaging is amazing. The bottle is so tiny and cute. Very nice to carry in a handbag. The smell is unique, catchy and it lasts for a good amount of time just like my Chanel Chance. I’m in love with this fragrance. The details of this fragrance are well thought out.

Worse Fragrances for 2017
- Black Opium (YSL)
This fragrance is available in 30ml, 50ml and 90ml. I dislike this fragrance so much. It smells like black coffee which is obvious based on the ingredients. Others may like it but this is a ‘NO FOR ME’. I will not recommend this to anyone. I mean who wants to smell like coffee lol? This is just my honest opinion. The mix of coffee and having a sweet floral smell just doesn’t work for me. I really cannot say much about this fragrance I’m feeling really sick as I speak about this.

- Gucci Bloom
I am highly disappointed in Gucci for launching this. This is the new women’s fragrance that they launched recently and I was so excited about it. When I first tested it I instantly felt sick. This smell is very strong and heavy. I think this would be suitable for maybe a winter smell but for me its a ‘NO’. I would not recommend this to anyone. The bottle packaging is lovely but the fragrance smell is not. I’m not feeling this one Gucci. The Gucci Bamboo is way better than this one. This fragrance is available in 50ml and 100ml.

- Gucci Flora
Gucci Flora by Gucci Eau de Toilette is a stylish designer perfume from the world famous fashion brand, aimed at young women with a beautiful floral scent. Sensual and feminine, Gucci Flora by Gucci is a gorgeous fragrance which features top notes of Mandarin Orange, Peony and other citruses, heart notes of Rose and Osmanthus and base notes of Pink Pepper, Patchouli and Sandalwood. The bottle is very small to travel with and the design is unique. The pricing is reasonable. I am a bit concerned about the 50ml because it does not look like it holds in as much as my 50ml in Chanel Chance. Another disappointment for me on this one from Gucci. The smell does not last. I would not recommend this to anyone. It is only available in 30 ml and 50ml.

- My Burberry Black
A seductive, floral oriental reinterpretation by renowned perfumer Francis Kurkdjian and Christopher Bailey, My Burberry Black returns to a London garden amidst a gathering storm, heavy rain contrasting with the warm and captivating flora. The fragrance bottles the sensual elements of a black Burberry trench coat against bare skin. Fusing the scent of sun-drenched jasmine flower and peach nectar with a sensual touch of rose. This fragrance volumes up to 900ml for £2,150 which is ridiculously a lot to be spending on a fragrance. In the smaller volumes it is only available in 30ml, 50ml, and 90ml. This smell is more appropriate for the winter. I dislike how this smells. It is way cheaper on the market than the recommended fragrances I listed but the smell of this fragrance throws me off.

This fragrance does not smell mature in my opinion. The design of the bottle is very colourful and catchy. In my opinion this not suitable for women.
